Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
